To help the Creative Solutions team execute projects across our key business areas such as Consumer
Events, Licensing and Merchandising and Retail for EMEA.
Position Responsibilities
Commercial Events - under the direction of the Creative Manager execute all necessary components required for the development of static events such as Family Entertainment Zones and Live Events. This includes: rides, stage design, costume characters, marketing materials, merchandising, large format graphics, logos/branding and any guidelines, required for 3rd parties to execute, against.
Licensing and Merchandising - working closely with Creative heads and Territory Managers to execute retail
promotions involving conceptual designs through to fully artworked creative assets for instore theatre, promotional mechanics and pre-approved POS kits.
Product Concepts - working closely with the Creative Manager and the Product Development team to help
brainstorm solutions on product development and packaging solutions for our new and priority brands.
Enterprises - to creatively support our Enterprise Events such as the design and execution of large format graphics and support materials for our CN Turner stand at the Brand Licensing show. This also includes events across EMEA, including 3rd party events.
Creative Assets - to work closely with the Creative Manager to execute all creative solutions to support Trade
Marketing and the Brand Development team with workshops and licensee events. Help to provide creative
direction for style/design guides and create asset kits to support all categories.
The role requires
5+ years relevant design experience
Good knowledge of Entertainment brands
Excellent software skills: all relevant design packages (Mac based)
Good communication skills: visual, verbal, written
Expert knowledge in artworking, print production
Good knowledge of retail/pos/merchandising
Web/Internet design skills
